This 5 day BCS Professional Certifications (ISEB) accredited course which prepares delegates to sit and pass the Practitioner Certificate in Software Asset Management examination makes full use of both the current best practice, such as the SAM module within IT Infrastructure Library (ITILv3), and the ISO 19770-1 Standard. The training course utilises several practical exercises to provide delegates with extensive hands-on experience of all the key components of implementing SAM. The PCSAM examination, which is held quarterly, comprises of 5 questions based on a scenario. The pass mark is 60% and a distinction mark is set at 80%.
