The company was formed out of the Risk Management operating division of Ultima Business Solutions, one of the UKs leading IT infrastructure solution providers. URM's team of information security and business continuity consultants consists of some of the most experienced professionals in the UK.
The mission of URM, through both its consultancy and training services, is to assist organisations 'get the balance right' as far as its information security and business continuity is concerned. There are a number of different perspectives to getting the balance right but one of the most important is the concept of achieving the optimum Management System. By optimum, we are looking to achieve the level of security and business continuity that is commensurate with the objectives and goals of the business as a whole (including meeting all associated legal compliance requirements) at an affordable price.
